Designing complex products that feel obvious.

I started my career building digital tools for public transparency — where I learned that good design is measured by whether real people can actually get things done.

Since then, I've worked remotely with international teams — OpenText, CENTRL, DeepX Technologies, BairesDev, and SOCi — designing across product strategy, UX research, interface design, design systems, and front-end implementation.

I work close to the product: talking to users, mapping complex workflows, designing systems, and partnering with engineering to move ideas from ambiguity to shipped software.

Recently, my focus has been AI product design — conversational reporting, LLM interfaces, AI visibility, dashboards, data-heavy workflows, and the trust patterns that make machine output useful, auditable, and easy to understand.
